Jamie Buckley, -Staff PT,DT BS in Physical Therapy
Jamie hails from West Virginia making her our resident "spit fire". Jamie lives in Raleigh with her husband Brennan and her 2 high energy boys, Ian (5) and George (2). Jamie has worked for over 12 years in pediatric physical therapy & has been with The Aspen Center for 3 years.She has extensive background in medical diagnosis, premature babies and children with a variety of syndromes and disorders.She is great with a child that has multidisciplinary needs and is great at getting parents involved with the child’s therapy needs.She is full of energy and she loves the kids like her own. Jamie also works as a developmental therapist at The Aspen Center for those children with "core", trunk and gross motor concerns. Jamie is a teacher in the Building BLOCKS preschool program providing the program with expertise in gross motor development.
Stephanie Brown, Staff OT MS in Occupational Therapy University of Chapel Hill
Stephanie is an experienced occupational therapist with a special love for early intervention.She has treated a variety of diagnosis including autism, PDD-NOS, ADHD, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome in home, preschool and clinic environments.She is experienced in sensory processing disorders and feeding issues. Stephanie enjoys a team approach to intervention and actively involves the parents to become their child’s best therapist.Stephanie also has a special interest in animal assisted therapy and yoga therapy.
